Nov 06,2026

Showcasing nickel-based welding consumables, high-temperature alloys and corrosion-resistant alloys while strengthening international industry connections and exploring global cooperation opportunities

ADIPEC 2026, a major event for the global energy industry, was held at ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, from November 2 to 5, 2026. Danyang Kaixin Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. (Kaixin Alloy) participated in the exhibition with a range of nickel-based welding consumables, high-temperature alloys and corrosion-resistant alloys. The company welcomed visitors at Hall 15, Booth 15368, where it presented its product portfolio and manufacturing capabilities to professionals from the international energy industry.

The exhibition provided Kaixin Alloy with an opportunity to strengthen its understanding of international market requirements, present its specialty alloy products and explore potential cooperation with overseas partners. During the event, the Kaixin team discussed alloy selection, welding consumable applications, product specifications and supply requirements for industrial projects with exhibition visitors.

ADIPEC 2026 Highlights: Connecting with the Global Energy Industry

ADIPEC brings together companies and professionals from the energy, oil and gas, petrochemical, offshore engineering and industrial equipment sectors.

At Hall 15, Booth 15368, Kaixin Alloy used product displays and exhibition materials to introduce its range of nickel-based welding consumables, high-temperature alloys and corrosion-resistant alloys.

Through face-to-face discussions, the company aimed to help more international visitors understand its product portfolio, manufacturing capabilities and supply services, while exchanging views on material requirements for demanding operating environments.

Featured Products: Nickel-Based Welding Consumables and High-Performance Alloys

Product presentation was a key part of Kaixin Alloy’s participation. The company highlighted two major product categories, covering a range of alloy grades for industrial applications.

Nickel-Based Welding Consumables

Nickel-based welding consumables are an important part of Kaixin Alloy’s product portfolio. They are used in applications across oil and gas, petrochemical processing, pressure vessels, pipeline engineering, offshore projects and industrial equipment manufacturing, subject to the requirements of each application.

The grades featured at the exhibition included:

The displayed product forms included welding wire, welding rods and welding strip. Selection for a specific project should be based on the grade, base metal, welding process and applicable technical requirements.

High-Temperature and Corrosion-Resistant Alloys

Kaixin Alloy also presented a range of high-performance nickel-based alloys for energy equipment, petrochemical processing, offshore engineering and other industrial applications requiring specific combinations of high-temperature capability, corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.

The grades featured at the exhibition included:

Each alloy grade has its own composition, performance characteristics and suitable service conditions. Depending on the grade and specification, product forms may include wire, strip, bar, plate, forgings and pipe, helping customers identify material options for different industrial projects.

Manufacturing Capabilities and Quality Management

Behind its product portfolio is an integrated approach to alloy development, manufacturing and testing.

Founded in 2007, Danyang Kaixin Alloy Materials Co., Ltd. specializes in the production and research and development of high-performance alloy materials. The company website describes its experience in specialty alloy production and R&D as 20 years and presents a portfolio spanning nickel-based welding consumables, superalloys, corrosion-resistant alloys and precision alloys.

The company’s listed production equipment includes a 3.5-ton vacuum induction melting (VIM) furnace, a 5-ton atmosphere-protected electroslag remelting (ESR) furnace, cold-rolling equipment and wire-drawing equipment. Kaixin Alloy reports a monthly welding-wire production capacity of 200–250 metric tons. Its website also lists a monthly production capacity of 100–150 metric tons for bars and strips.

The company’s testing equipment includes an infrared CS-2800 analyzer, together with other instruments for mechanical and materials testing. Its published management-system certifications include ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. According to the company website, ERNiCrMo-3/Inconel 625 welding wire has obtained certification from the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS), while its high-manganese-steel welding materials have obtained certification from Bureau Veritas (BV). The applicability of a certificate should be checked against the specific product and order.

By continuing to develop its manufacturing processes, quality management and production capacity, Kaixin Alloy aims to provide international customers with dependable supply support for specialty alloys and nickel-based welding consumables.

Strengthening International Connections and Exploring Opportunities in the Middle East and Beyond

The Middle East is an important market for the global energy industry. Oil and gas development, refining and petrochemical facilities, LNG projects, offshore engineering and energy equipment manufacturing all require materials selected for demanding service conditions.

Participation in ADIPEC 2026 gave Kaixin Alloy another opportunity to connect with the international energy industry and gain a closer understanding of regional material sourcing needs and project requirements.

Looking ahead, Kaixin Alloy will continue to follow market developments in the Middle East and other international markets, while seeking opportunities to work with industrial material importers, alloy distributors, EPC contractors, equipment manufacturers and welding service providers.
